Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your STATIK® devices in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
